          Circumference = 2πr=12π.    —–>. r=6
          Diameter= 12

          Now the diagram has 3 circles with a diameter of 12 and 3 circles with twice radius(2*6). So all circles have a diameter of 12 each.

          Hence 12*6=72

          Answer E=72
